On offer is a beautifully created business selling Men's Watches. The store has made almost $100,000 in sales ($26,000 profit) over the past 17 months. It was launched in May 2022. ClarkWatch.com is making consistent profits up to today, so it’s a great opportunity to take over a business that is active and will be running stable from the beginning of the acquisition. Products do not suffer from seasonality and can be sold all year round. There have been no financial anomalies during the brand’s activity, it is growing well from the very beginning. I have a strong customer base and a high average order value. With less than a 2% refund rate and total revenue being generated from paid marketing, there is enormous room for growth. The store is working in the dropshipping business model. I don’t own any physical inventory, all products are shipped directly from my suppliers to customers. I've been advertising the business only in the US, so all sales were generated from US customers as well. It's possible to expand sales further, my suppliers can ship all products to almost any logistically developed country. What is involved in the sale? -Brand assets -Advertising materials (custom pictures & content) -Ads data, keywords, etc. -Customer databases -Domain -Hosting account -Marketing materials -Policy and Process documents -Relevant e-mail accounts -Relationship with my suppliers -Website files, source code, and content -e-Commerce platform accounts -3 months of full post-sale support Potential growth opportunities: -Extend sales to other countries (such as UK, AU, CA) -Consistently increase Google Ad Spend -Start advertising through social media (Facebook & Instagram) -Increase prices -Add more products over time -Focus on high-quality customer support What’s involved in running this business? (One person can manage the store) -Running and keeping track of ads -Order tracking -E-mail customer support -All other aspects of running a business Who would this business be perfect for? Literally, anyone who has a passion for making money and growing a business. This business would be especially great for someone who has experience in advertising and marketing. I have a huge amount of marketing materials. How much time do you need to run the store? Most business activities are automated, it’s just necessary to keep track of everything, manage the order fulfillment process, and answer e-mails with customer inquiries. Managing the store should take at most 5-7 hours a week. Does the buyer require any specific knowledge? No special skill is required. You will be provided with all the knowledge you need to operate the business successfully. Advertising: I was advertising the store only through Google Ads. I’ve tested a lot of different creations & campaigns and eventually created a few that are consistently profitable. All Ads data, keywords, settings, etc., will be provided to the future owner. You will be able to copy all my AD campaigns to continue generating the same results. I haven’t tried any social media ADs whatsoever. It can definitely be worth trying, I just decided to stick to Google Ads - in which I have the most experience and knowledge. I have also prepared a list to share with over 20 possible growth opportunities that the future owner can pursue to scale the business. Suppliers: My suppliers are fully responsible for handling the shipping and delivery process. I provide them with all the order details, and they take care of the rest. I've been cooperating with them for over a year now, and I can assure you that they’re reliable and professional. All relationships with my suppliers will be transferred to the future owner of the store. You will be able to cooperate with them on exactly the same terms as I did. Reason for Selling: I’ve built and managed a few other online stores in the past 7 years. Most of them are already sold as a part of my exit plan from E-commerce & online businesses. I recently started a company that manages properties for short-term rental (Airbnb, Booking, etc.). I also started flipping real estate with my partner. Both of these ventures require a majority of my time and focus. Selling my online businesses helps me with raising capital that I can invest. Post-sale support: At the beginning of the acquisition, I will prepare a complete PDF guide to explain precisely step by step how to manage the whole business. Then, I’m ready to provide full support for up to 3 months - I can help with running the store, marketing, and customer support. I’ll always answer any questions you may have
