Hi, I acquired Looti late Nov 2023. At the time, the previous owner had just cancelled all subs (approx $800 MRR) and was ready to close down the platform. There were a ton of bugs but also a lot of potential. I fixed all the bugs, re-designed the dashboard for much more friendly UX but unfortunately didn't get around to marketing the platform to reaching out to any of the previous subscribers. I currently run 2 other SaaS companies which are taking up a lot of my time. MRR sits at $510 (all from organic traffic). Looti provides businesses with hyper-qualified B2B leads by using AI to target more than 20 filters including job title, location, no. of employees, revenue, industries and a lot more. The platform integrates with popular tools like Hubspot, Pipedrive, Lemlist, Emailable, and Zero Bounce to streamline the lead generation process. Tech stack: • Auth0 • Stripe • React • Typescript • Heroku • Apollo API We have built on the PeopleDataLabs API for a future update to move away from Apollo (much more cost effective) but this hasn't yet been launched. I would estimate approx 20 hours work to finalise this. I work with a full stack dev who charges $22/hr. He's excellent and has helped me fix many bugs and re-launch the UI/UX. There is a lot of organic traffic (4/5 signups daily) and just over 1,000 registered users. I believe there is a lot of room to convert registered users into paid users, especially the users who used to be paying customers but were cancelled by the previous owner.
