Ultimate guest satisfaction is achieved by deploying four modules which work seamlessly towards achieving this goal. Guest Link Module: Having a dedicated team to track all guest requests/complaints to completion goes along way in making your customers feel appreciated. Guest Relations Module: For the silent customers who will never complain, the Guest Relations module will solicit feedback from the guest by asking pre-set questions at random. The answers will be rated at a click of a button, thus providing for an opportunity to know what the potentially “silent” customer thinks about your services. Communication Module: The software comes with a powerful inbuilt communication tool which enables team members to communicate among themselves through clutter-free threads. Issues raised are sent to the concerned sections/departments directly to avoid clutter. The software has very effective escalation features to ensure that every request/complaint or adverse guest comments are attended to on time. Employee Module: The core function of this module is to provide a polling tool that gives users an opportunity to nominate employees who deserve consideration for a certain award (e.g employee of the month). Each nomination comes with a narrative which is visible to all users who have the rights to vote. The nomination process is followed by a voting exercise and the system populates all the votes to determine the winner. An objective selection criteria based on merit will motivate employees to go beyond the call of their respective duties to ensure that guests are well looked after. Dashboard and reports: With GuestlinkPro, you can sort and generate numerous reports including Departmental efficiency, Guests satisfaction levels, leading problematic areas using different criteria. The busy executive who wishes to have a glance at how guest requests are being handled has access to a dashboard which displays Key Performance indicators. Billing is subscription based.
